Successful First-Year Result for Mountain Lake Investment Fund 1
1 October 2004: Hobart, Tasmania, Australia: Mountain Lake Investment Fund No 1 Pty Ltd (ACN 093 108 626) has announced an outstanding result for its first 12 months of operations, backed by capital raising and management services from Saphet Capital Management.

This represents 74% return for the first year of operations of Mountain Lake Investment Fund No 1.
The fund, formerly known as BDO Investment Fund Pty Ltd, was registered by the PDF Registration Board as a complying PDF on 23 August 2000 . It remained dormant until August 2003 when Saphet Capital Management was contracted to provide capital raising services.
After successfully raising $2.5 million, Saphet Capital Management was further contracted to provide management services to Mountain Lake Investment Fund No 1.
In its first year, Mountain Lake Investment Fund No 1 made a successful early investment in ACT gaming company, Capital Sports Pty Ltd, which was subsequently the subject of a management buyout.
